Pending rewards credits or not received - One single big thread!

Check your accounts guys. My $50.00 was credited to my account last night when I signed in.

 

I've also made hundreds of dollars worth of purchases in the last 30 days and haven't seen a single credit to my account. And although it shows all of these purchases, it still says zero on my rewards account! Suuuuper pissed! And these are "full games".
Most of which are New releases.

Is this how you "Reward" loyal members who spend $2500+ annually in your Microsoft Store???

 

Still waiting on my 15,000 points from preordering punchcard... At this point I really dont see the point in continuing to do missions.

 

Well, its the 30th and no deposit. The support chat rep sent me here are you guys going to deposit my credits lol

It says it may not deposit until the promotion has ended the 50000 points from the holiday deal at microsoft store.

 

I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.

 

No 50,000 points awarded to me and I have also been sent here...how will they sort this out?

 

My 50,000 points for purchasing the Xbox One S on 12/21 haven't even showed up as pending!

 

I am also waiting on my 50k points for my One S purchase and both of my previous posts about this subject cannot be found anywhere on the forums.

Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped, but they have had some delays. You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

 

yup me to I've spent well into the £100's and ain't received a thing yet all my account says is I've did the last survey which is worth 250 points. And in all honesty, I think I haven't been receiving the correct amount of rewards for a few months. I was
hoping they would add my rewards before the current sales on Xbox Live/.com run out as there are some bargains I'm after.

 

Hi i have this same problem . I purchased xbox s on 14.12.2016. and still have no points . Spoked support thru chat but they dont know how to help me with this matter and i was sent in here . So can somebody give me advice to who I should talk because its

Expecting 15000 rewards credits for "The past, Present and Future Mission" through Dec 31. I spent over the 31.80 required for each category days before the 31, and it still hasn't shown any activity or pending credits, this is the second time and seems
to be a recurring problem with rewards.
