Pending rewards credits or not received - One single big thread!

Hi Everyone!

A huge number other people (including myself) are having problems with rewards points not being credited or deposited!

I see that so far Xbox or Microsoft hasn't done anything about it (they have asked me several times to go to the support forum, which is useless), there are people with 5 star rankings and huge credits pending.

My idea is to create a single thread so maybe we get heard, maybe take this discussion to some other site.

Any ideas are welcome, I hope this gets resolved for everyone!!

If you're having issues, make sure you post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum under support for assistance. They won't see threads like this in the announcement forum. Also, because everyone's issue may be different, they request that each person creates
a separate thread so everyone receives the proper assistance. Otherwise, not everyone will get help.

Still waiting on my 50,000 points for New XBOX One purchase and Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgement download codes for purchasing Deep Blue console bundle.

 

Alright Pimp. I think I got this figured out, at least for my situation. Looks like my pending points are showing up on the xbox live rewards website. And they do an automatic deposit the 15th and 30th or you can make an early withdrawl. Which is curious
because if it showed up on the 6th then it should already be posted to my xbox account. I have seen no notifications on my xbox and the credit has not been applied yet. Hopefully an early withdrawl works.

 

Your credits are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If
you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The ability to request a deposit (early withdrawal) is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

 

Where is this listed? I don't see it anywhere. I am in the same boat as this guy, points posted on the 6th but still not cashed in. Why would the points have to be delayed until the 30th instead of the 15th anyway?

 

Because of various updates on the site, they've removed the previous wording that did explain that. Hopefully they'll put it back. Credits have to remain pending for one deposit cycle. So because they were added as pending on the 6th, they were not pending
in time for the first deposit of the month.

 

I'm. not getting credited ether i spent money in world of tanks renewed my gold and in warframe Microsoft you need to make this right

 

In-game consumables are not eligible for rewards credits. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

 

I have also upgraded to the S model through the rewards site and have not received 50,000 credits.

Seeing as how the promotion ends in 2 days I'm getting worried.
