Pending purchase

It says that the purchase of Destiny 2 Lightfall annual pass is complete but I don’t have access to the campaign. My bank app says the purchase is still pending “waiting for merchant to collect money” I’ve already paid the £79.99 and can’t cancel anymore.

So like any normal person i used a paypal to but dead by daylight credits but i noticed i didnt recieve them but it said i have a pending order or i have to claim it

Done fixed the issue

What i did when it happened was contacted microsoft amd they was able to refund it then i repurchase it
