Pending Purchase

Anyone know what I can do or if legal action needs to be taken?

I made a purchase on the 12th, using my Microsoft Balance (no credit card or bank account was involved) and since then my purchase has been pending.

I contacted Microsoft Support which they told me the purchase would be completed within a few hours a full day max. I have the screenshots of this conversation. And its been 48h since that conversation. That representative also told me that the order was
pending due to them needing to get confirmation from my bank. Which makes absolutely no sense based off the fact I paid with digital Microsoft currency I got with a xbox gift card.

When i try to contact any more support they lead me in circles. They give me a sales number which leads me back to online customer support which just says "yeah your order is pending contact our sales team"

1.I was given false information from a customer service representative.

2. upon purchase the item should have shipped & arrived within 2-3days of purchase.

3. I cannot cancel or request a refund on the item. My account has been charged for the item.

What can I do?
