Discus and support pending points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; so ihave had pending points and i want to get them transferred into currency the trouble is i have NO DATE under the pending points... i repeat NO DATE...     To receive your points you must have at least 100 pending and then wait till the next reward date which is usually the 15th or 30th of each month.

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Question forum for assistance from support.

    Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 credits between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to
    5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The next deposit for this month is scheduled for the 24th.

    Hello Ichigo UK,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide fixed deposits, like your deposit in June, at the moment we
    have not received an estimate on when to expect this issue to be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hello Reaper 30054118,

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
    been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
