Pending order

I recently bought a Xbox one s and i orderd it the 12th of august and now its the 27th of August and i called i keep getting transferred to the Microsoft store but they say i dont call in time i always call around 2pm on week days i called the fisrt time
it was saying pending and the guy said he made it come faster but it wont be here till September 4th but estimated delivery is September 15 so i dont know which date im supposed to look out for and whats the point on getting two to three day shipping uf its
not gonna ship
