Pending order

I ordered a Xbox one elite series 2 controller and it told me the money would be withdrawn when the item was shipped, but it took it out immediately it’s telling my estimated delivery date is May 30th. I still have nothing. it even gave me a option to
do express shipping 1-2 business days witch led me to believe there aren’t any inventory problems I’m at the moment. I just want to cancel my order at this point I’m not about to wait a month for a controller can anybody help me I contacted customer support
all they told me is that if my order says may 30th then it will be there on that date.
