    Pending on my download - Xbox One S


    Hello,

    I have a two days trial Live subscription, but I dont download games. I found free games, I push the Get button, and I see, the status is "Pending". What is the problem?

    My 50,000 points for purchasing the Xbox One S on 12/21 haven't even showed up as pending!

    Question on Order

    I purchased an Xbox One S that I believe comes with a controller on Thursday(8/13) and my order still says Pending. I can't request a cancel on it either. So I believe it charged my card/ and or is being shipped. But it still says Pending for it.

    Hey there Patrick!

    Try and see if you have any pending downloads or partial downloads. If so, cancel any pending download and delete any partial download. Go to system settings and choose storage device. Search for corrupted contents (shown as an yellow exclamation mark). Delete
    those file(s) that shows as corrupted.

    That's weird because once it downloaded on the Xbox One it automatically downloads on the 360 as well check on the download pending on the 360 if game is downloading.
