    Pending Deposits


    Hi!

    Looks like I had a problem with my account due to regional migration.

    Support directed me through the steps to reset the account to my current region and told me to open a request to deposit the pending credits after the new "Joined date" has been set. (see support post here:

    Now my account has a new "join date", and I'd like to know if its possible to get my FREEdom Reward from Warframe (after getting 5 achievements).

    I had 2k pending credits before, had spent quite some money on digital games and Free To Play titles. Just let me know which ones are possible to redeem after this "reset", please!

    Hello MarcosRM23,

    We have confirmed your Rewards Account and Microsoft Account regions are now matching, and are transferring your pending Credit. You should see this shortly. Since you will be beneath 5000 Credits required for an automatically scheduled deposit, once these
    Credits are transferred, you will have to request one via your MyRewards page.

    Hello PsK Sych3,

    We can confirm that your regions are now matching and have begun the Credit transfer process. Unfortunately, by closing out an account, you delete that Rewards Account, so we cannot recover your previously assigned Warframe Token. However, you will be able
    to complete the offer again with this new account.

    Since your consumable purchases were not made in your Rewards region, they were not eligible for Rewards, which is why your previous account was not Credited. Since you purchased enough for FREE pass from January, we will adjust your that offer into your
    account, as well as a punch for FREEquent player, but keep in mind that you must make purchases in your Rewards account's regional currency (BRL) in order to qualify for Rewards going forward (You did not complete 1, 2 , FREE since you only purchased from
    two different free to play titles). You should see the transferred Credits shortly, and you should see the adjustment for your consumable purchases by the end of next week.
