Pending Credits on my account not posting

Discus and support Pending Credits on my account not posting in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I see the following on my MyRewards page: "Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through....     Pending Credits on my account not posting


    I see the following on my MyRewards page:

    "Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach
    out to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way."

    I also see a small note under the MyCredits section on the page:

    Your account needs updating to make a deposit!

    I click on the link but then all looks ok. What is going on?

    All of my Rewards points appear to be in a pending status.

    Hi. I followed the instructions on the rewards program FAQs and went to the My Rewards page. All my rewards credits appear as pending. The way my history of pending credits reads it appears that I have not had any credits post since 07/02/14. My pending
    balance is 7,250 credits. Is there someone whom can look at my account and assist? I also do not see a 'Request Deposit' button on my page.

    Hello getruzan,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.
