Pending Credits Not Working

I've pressed "Request Early Deposit" for the last three months, and it looks like it's going to deposit at either the end of the month or the middle, and then it never does--and then I can go ahead and press the button again.

Two weeks ago, I hit the button and it said it would be deposited on 6/29. I logged on today and now I see I had to hit the button again. I have 1,600 credits, so I know I have enough for the early deposit. Can I please have these deposited on 6/29?

Pending Credit Deposit not working

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credit requirement for an automatically scheduled deposit earlier this month, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle. Since you have been scheduled for a deposit, it is no longer necessary to request
one, so that button has been disabled.

Pending Credit Deposit not working

On my account, i have 8,000 credits. I needed 5,000 for the deposit to go through. I have had credits in my account since 4/27/2017 that have yet to go through. I cant find the early deposit option...

The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. The deposit will still take place on the 29th.

We only see two deposit requests from your account in the past three months. We see that your deposit request on March 2nd was processed and deposited on March 8th. Your deposit request on June 14th was made too late to be a part of the mid-month deposit
this month, and will be a part of the end of month deposit this month.

Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, if you chose to opt out in
the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.
