Pending Credits not appearing

Hi there,

I recently purchased an Xbox One S as I had seen the 30k points for purchasing. I had to register for the awards before purchase, I then purchased the console itself as the website did not specifically state there would be an issue.

To date I have yet to see these points to show as pending and the order was correctly placed against my account (and I have the machine). Can you confirm what has happened and if these points will be added?

Hi ive bought all x-men movies today no credits

Hello colicdinosaur,

We see these Credits are now appearing in your account. It looks like they were processed and shown as pending on the 26th. You do not receive Credits for previous films purchased before the offer.

 

Points missing

I purchased £60 worth last month but they are not appearing in my pending in fact all I have pending is feb servey and march servey
