Pending credits from 2013-2015

I noticed today that My Rewards page shows 30 pending credits ranging from 01/08/13 to 01/06/15 amounting to a total of an insane 215,800 credits...

It says 'Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to cash and deposited into your Microsoft account.'... this is much higher than 'Lifetime Credits Earned' at the top of the page which says 108,100.

What's the deal here?

I STILL have "Pending credits" dating from 2013 to 2015. The 3 pages accumulate 212,000 credits worth which is pretty sizable.

Pending credits

I have credits from 2015 that have still not been converted to cash why is this? Its says:

Pending credits, credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to cash and deposited into your Microsoft account.

Then there is a list going from 2015 to 2013 of pending credits that haven't been converted into cash yet.

We do not see this information anywhere on either our databases or on your account's MyRewards page when we log in. It sounds like you may have chosen to sort the MyStatement by lifetime, then scrolled through a few pages. to see your current total pending
Credit amount, be sure to make the drop down menu on the MyStatement say "Total Pending Rewards Credits".

Hi wade the weird. We looked at your account and the pending Credits is from November 2016. We are not seeing Credits from 2013-2015. Since it is less that 5000 Credits pending, an automatic deposit was not triggered. You can request one though on your MyRewards
page.

There lies the problem. It turns out that I have pending credit going back as far as 02/15/2015. Something is preventing the credits from being deposited.

Hello junglelion,

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not scheduled. In the future, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000
or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events that pushed you over the 5000 pending Credit amount happened on the 9th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since your spending from September 2015-December 2016 did not meet any MyVIP thresholds, you were placed at the default level.
