Pending credits dating back to 2013

Hi, I recently checked my xbox rewards account, ano I found that I have got a lot of pending credits, some of which date back to 2013. I was just wondering if there's anything anyone can do to help. It would be much appreciated!

I STILL have "Pending credits" dating from 2013 to 2015. The 3 pages accumulate 212,000 credits worth which is pretty sizable.

 

Never Recieved Rewards Points Need Help.

I Looked at my rewards account and it shows a list of lifetime rewards earned (which I've NEVER received my reward credit for) then it is also showing a pretty lengthy list of pending rewards if you guys look at my account I have rewards dating back to 2013 that
says Pending by them why is this and why are they still pending and not being deposited??? also before I initially noticed all of these problems it had 3000 rewards points I tried to have deposited I then got a email saying attention was required for my account
I then went to update it now those points say zero and just disappeared I'm just confused by this matter I hope that you all are able to resolve this in all fairness I am a long time customer.

We only automatically perform a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, we have not automatically scheduled you for a deposit. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you can do so once you are at least 1000
pending Credits. At that amount, you can request a deposit at the next available date from your MyRewards page.
