Pending credit from 10/21/2017

Hello SaltyStream2005,

Since you do not have a Microsoft payment account for us to deposit into, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits. We cannot deposit into Credit Cards. From the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you have over 1,000, you should see a request deposit button on the MyRwards section of the site. Click that button and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site
at the time that you make the request.

We see that you currently have only 18,000 Credits pending (waiting to be deposited). You only have 3,000 Credits from surveys from April 2017 on. Even if you had taken every survey since April 2017, since surveys are only 250 Credits each, that would still
only be around 3250 Credits. Regarding when you will get this deposit, from the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

The Rewards dashboard with an entirely different lifetime "Point" number is for Microsoft Rewards. That is a separate program from Xbox Live Rewards.

Looking at the picture, you didn't get to 5,000 credits until 11/16/2017. So your credits should be deposited within the next week or so. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending.
You can also request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000.
