    I've renewed my xbox live gold in december or november 2016. I'm not sure wich month is, but i can't find the rewards point on my balance can u chek it for me please?

    when will i get 50,000 reward credits

    Hello BJHodson,

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

    The Credits are pending in your account as of yesterday.

    I have 15K pending credits and when i go to my statement it says total pending rewards credits 0?

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
