Pending Credit Deposit not working

On my account, i have 8,000 credits. I needed 5,000 for the deposit to go through. I have had credits in my account since 4/27/2017 that have yet to go through. I cant find the early deposit option...

Hi ARTICLE. Unfortunately, the deposit issue you have is not yet fixed. but a deposit was made to your account on December 21 for 61,900 Credits. You currently have only 250 Credits pending. The Operations Payment team is working on the deposit issue. Once
you have enough Credits pending again for a deposit, we will attempt another one.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event was placed as pending on March 20th, it was not pending in time for the end of month deposit. It will be a part of the mid-April deposit (along with your two survey Credit events).

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credit requirement for an automatically scheduled deposit earlier this month, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle. Since you have been scheduled for a deposit, it is no longer necessary to request
one, so that button has been disabled.

Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, if you chose to opt out in
the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.
