    The April update for my Xbox One is pending and I can't fix it. I've tried the offline update solution but that didn't change anything. Is there any way I can fix this????

    More than 20 000 Rewards points not depositing for over a month

    It's April 30th now and they're still pending.

    Help Please!

    The credits should show as pending in your rewards account. If you redeemed them before April 1, they should be deposited into your account for use on April 12.

    What do you mean pending are you referring to the preview program registration says you are still pending?

    I'm not in the preview program. The April update for non preview program is still pending for me.
