Hello, I was wondering if a game with a pegi rating's disc and dlc work on an xbox one/series x that was bought in america?

Yes, all contents of the disc should work, even DLC. That being said, if the included DLC comes as a redeemable code and the code itself is not region-free (they usually aren't), then you might not be able to redeem it.

I'd suggest reaching out to the game's Dev team or Support for more information on the included DLC and whether you would be able to redeem it if it does come as a code.

Xbox NTSC systems are compatible only with NTSC Games and Xbox PAL systems, only works on PAL Games.

In games: In game case, behind. below game specifics and Xbox Live compatibilities, you maybe find this: "For use only with Xbox 360 entretainment sistem with NTSC designation" This game only works in American XBOX360.

In the front: You see the letter ( E - T - M ) from ESRB, Entertainment Software Rating Board. This game is from USA and only use in USA, Canada, Mexico and Latin America.

In case your friend game said PEGI in front the game and have a Number (3 - 12 - 16 - 18), it's PAL game and incompatible to your Xbox.
