my son received a ban for using inappropriate language to a adult male that was requesting pictures from 12 year old boys. Does Microsoft openly allow pedophiles to groom victims and bully them when their requests are not met by kids?

The ban was appropriate as we taught him to simply get offline. How is pedophilia by adults using Microsoft services reported to Microsoft. Everything is a diversion not to accept responsibility by Microsoft for supporting pedophilia on their Xbox platform.

Is the best option to contact local law Enforcement? Maybe the FBI as pedophilia on the Internet is their jurisdiction.

I don’t think you understand. Just blocking people like these doesn’t work. He made new accounts specifically just to message us after we block him or he blocks us. The fact that xbox has deemed it necessary to not only ban the word “pedophile” but go to the lengths of defending a pedophiles actions is disgusting and shameful.
