my daughter was scammed out of all her rocket league decals I called XBOX Sup 6 times no one is helping [Mod Removed] is the scammer. Also said if you want your stuff come and meet me in Texas is this guy 14 or 40 I’m really upset and Xbox is no help

As long as you've filed a complaint on him, that will go directly to the enforcement team and after they have investigated the complaint they will take the appropriate action which will probably be a banning.

Also, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forum.

Xbox Support does not manage or control in game content. You'd have to reach out to the game developer to see if there's anything that can be done and report the other player if you haven't done so already.

Please follow these instructions to protect your daughter on Xbox Live:

First of all: make sure she is using a child account. Then, using your parent account, make sure only known friends can communicate with her by setting her online and privacy settings on
Sign in to your Microsoft account

After you made sure your daughter can only communicate with known friends, educate her, that the Internet is a dangerous place, and that she should never ever assume that other people have good intentions.

If there is a possibility to be scammed, she WILL be scammed.

Unfortunately, Xbox can't monitor all and every trades happening in games.

It's your daughter's own responsibility to make sure that the trade is legitimate. If she is unsure about the intentions of the person she is going to trade, she should NOT trade with that person. If in doubt, or if your daughter isn't old enough to decide
the risk of a trade on her own, be a good parent and help your daughter to evaluate an online situation.

Explain to her what could happen, and what precautions she has to take to avoid getting scammed.

If you have the messages on record, where the person asks for her to come over, or if he asks for personal information, report these messages with the console's reporting system.

This forum here is basically only "users helping other users". There is no official Xbox staff reading this.

Also, it's not possible to verify your claim about pedophilia here in this forum. Only reports through the console can gather the necessary evidence by attaching the messages your daughter got to the report.
