Hola a todos,

Soy de la comunidad de México. Hace unos días envíe un control para reparación por defectos de fabrica y al ser recibido en las instalaciones de devoluciones de Xbox México, recibí un correo con el mensaje "Su pedido de servicio ha sido cancelado". En el
correo se menciona que se hará un reembolso cubriendo "los cargos que le correspondan". ¿Eso quiere decir que en vez de recibir un control nuevo, recibiré un reembolso? Porque no me quedó muy claro con ese correo.

Me gustaría que alguien de la comunidad me pueda apoyar con una respuesta para saber que hacer. Saludos

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this service repair situation. I can totally see how this could be pretty confusing especially if the email you received was vague or bare bones.

This is not normally what should happen, but the whole process might be affected by the current COVID situation going on in the word. I would recommend getting in contact with
customer support as soon as possible to help get to the bottom of what happened.

Thanks for your response, I should have written the post in English. The service request order appears like Canceled, I wonder if it's because I will receive a refund as the email mentioned or because of something else. That's why I would like to ask if
anyone has gone through that process.

Thanks everyone for your replies, I talked to the support team in Mexico and they mentioned that the email I received was self-generated due to the time that passed since I placed the order (1 month). The service order is still active in their support and
repair system.
