Peculiar Xbox One Tech Issue

Hello! My Xbox One S has been acting very strange. A few months ago, I wanted to play, but it wouldn’t start. I probably hadn’t played in about 6 months, but the screen was just black. I tried everything, and often when I opened the troubleshoot screen my control would become unresponsive. I unplugged it for a few days, and that didn’t do anything. Eventually, I was able to somehow get a factory reset and it seemed back to normal. I was able to play Elden Ring for a solid bit. However, when I tried to play it a few days later, my controller was becoming unresponsive again. I decided to do a reset, which finally fixed the unresponsive problem. I can open a game just fine now, but the problem now is when I play a game. While I’m playing, using in the first 5 minutes, the music will cut out and everything will stop loading. I tested this with both Minecraft and Elden Ring with the same results. After that, my progress stops saving and picks up at the point right before the music cuts out. Just before this happens, my Xbox makes a very strange and brief noise, like scratching or gears. It isn’t very loud, but it isn’t too faint either. I’ve unplugged the console and restarted it, but the problem persists. Nothing on the internet quite matches the description of my dilemma. What can I do?
