No need for a capture card or a gaming PC.

The easiest solution is to register for a Mixer account, and then add the details in your Xbox One. It's fairly easy to do - you just need to sign up via the Mixer website and follow the instructions.

Once that's done, you can stream to your Mixer account. Every Stream is then downloadable via your profile for 14 days. So you can stream your games by going to the Capture/Broadcast menu on your console, selecting to stream to Mixer and start the stream,
and then when it's ended, just go to the Mixer.com website on your laptop and view your previous streams. And you can also download them to share on Youtube etc.

The only limitation of streaming purely on the Xbox One is trying to manoeuvre the recording/streaming overlay so it's not on top of some useful game info (depending on the game), but that's about the biggest hassle...

It sounds like you have your YouTube linked to your Xbox One, which allows you to sign in from another device and queue it on your Xbox One. If you sign out of YouTube from your wife's device, she shouldn't be able to stream to your Xbox One. If you have
a shared YouTube account, you'll need to sign out of YouTube on your Xbox One.

First off, Smartglass is no longer supported. You have the Xbox Console Companion, and the Xbox app on PC. To stream to your PC, you will first need to turn on game streaming in Devices & connections Remote features in the Settings. Once you have done
that, start the Xbox console companion, then make sure you are on the same network as the Xbox, sign in with the same Xbox account that is on the console, and select the connection icon on the left of the app, and then select the console that is connected,
and select stream. You should now be streaming your console to your PC.

not anyway to merge the two accounts but you can sign in with your account on your computer on your xbox will create a profile for you then sign into the xbox app on your computer it will load up your computer account then just sign in to the other xbox
profile through the stream and play that way.

You can stream an xbox one to a windows 10 pc.

Basically you are playing your xbox through your PC so as long as the xbox is on and set as your girlfriends home xbox and you have your account on that xbox and are signed in and streaming the xbox to your pc you can play any of her digital games and use
her subscriptions.
