    PDP Xbox controller


    I have an Xbox PDP Controller and the A button is loose I've tried looking for a serial number to see if my controller is still in warranty but I cannot find it. If someone knows where the serial number is and how to fix my problem please tell me, I have looked at multiple YouTube videos on how to fix this problem but so far none have succeeded.

    PDP Xbox afterglow wired controller problem

    the pdp controllers are fully compatible with pc so that would not have broken it, if it fails to detect on xbox then you may want to contact pdp support. you also cannot update the pdp controllers via xbox.
