    I Bought a Purple PDP controller and the instructions say to plug it in and then download the PDP HUB app to configure the controller. So I plugged it in and the remote didn't turn on. I went to the app and the app didn't recognize anything. Has anyone
    else had this problem???

    The controller doesn't turn on at all? Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port?
