    pdp wired controller not working with xbox one


    When I connect my controller to the Xbox the lights wont turn on and it won't respond to any actions I do on it. I've tried the reset thing you can do where you hold down on the d-pad and connect the usb and it lights up when I do it but right as I press A it goes back to not responding. I've connected the wire to my other broken controller and it seems to work fine. I also checked to see if the firmware was up to date and I couldn't even get it to connect to my PC. Idk what the problem is I really need some help. The controller worked fine for my brother when he played ninja storm on pc. Are there any fixes?

    Was your old controller also a PDP one? Least I assume your Wired Purple one is a PDP model?

    Was your old controller also a wired one?

    Also, as asked above, the headset make and model

    Some headsets can have issues if they are plugged into a wired controller, most notably Turtle Beach Recon ones

    I have submitted a ticket to PDP now and hope they'll be able to get me in the right direction, if it helps in specific the controller is Vault Boy Wired Xbox One Controller. Still on my own attempts of trying to install, delete, restart and so forth i haven't
    had any success. I'm surprised the driver itself is removed from the download page for the Xbox One Controller to PC, but though i've found the driver already, and have tried a Microsoft controller, it's just a bit upsetting to not be able to get a specific
    controller to work. Have you had any luck yourself with a Wired PDP Xbox One Controller?
