Pdp nubia bronze controller update error

In the pdp hub app every time I try to configure the controller or do anything with it in the app it says I need to update the controller and it takes me to the update screen but when I click ok it says the application experienced a server error, how do I fix it? (I tried on xbox series s, xbox series x and windows 11 but still won't work)

the pdp controllers are fully compatible with pc so that would not have broken it, if it fails to detect on xbox then you may want to contact pdp support. you also cannot update the pdp controllers via xbox.

Yeah I'm having issues with my Xbox one controller after updating it. No issues with my PDP controller and that thing is wired.

as far as I can tell the Pdp controllers only have a 3.5mm jack so if your headset has that jack, then I'd say it would work, otherwise you may need an adapter.
