    PC/Xbox profiles are not in sync, will it be a problem?


    I don't have an Xbox for quite some time now. (Was victim of ROD on my generation 1 Xbox360)

    Have played a lot on it after being connected to the internet.

    Now, I redeemed via PCa few game codes to my profile, which is actually in an earlier state

    than the profile on my dead Xbox.

    What I want to know:

    If I decide to get a new Xbox, will the profile synchronization run smooth and I keep each progress or will there be a problem?

    Will I lose all the progress I made after being connected to the internet?

    Minecraft fails to upload or download saved "Cloud" games from either of my XBOX one consoles.

    I have two XBOX one consoles. I am unable to sync new or old games. This is preventing me from accessing my favorite game file as it seems to only be on the cloud.

    The consoles are both wired (not wireless).

    I have 35MB download and 2mb upload speed with reliable connectivity.

    I have wiped my profile, result failed to sync.

    I have preformed the hard reset: Reset my profile, restarted, Turned off - unplugged it, setup my profile... failed to sync.

    Unsync a controller from console to allow sync to PC

    Hey there.

    Do you have Bluetooth on your PC? Or are you using an Xbox Wireless adapter? Try plugging it in to your PC with a USB cable, that should de-sync it from your console.

    What if it is a Xbox profile syncing issue? I don't have another account to test with but I could try out whatever it takes to fix that problem just in case it is a syncing problem.

    Saves lost after uninstall

    When you uninstall any software on PC, usually all files associate with it will be removed. Since you mention using Xbox beta for Game Pass PC, your save files should be synced to the cloud on Xbox Live. They will sync to your PC again when you sign back
    in after re-installing the game and select your profile to load it.

    Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Settings."

    In the "General" section, check if the "Sync files saved to the cloud" option is enabled. If it is not, be sure to activate it.

    Next, go to the "My Games" tab in the Xbox app and select the game for which you want to check cloud sync.

    On the game page, look for the "Manage" or "Options" option and select "See more options."

    A list of options related to the game will appear. Look for an option that says "Sync files saved to the cloud" or something similar. Make sure it is enabled.

    Once you've verified and enabled cloud sync, you can try to force a sync by following these steps:

    Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Settings."

    In the "General" section, scroll down and look for the "Sync now" option. Click on it to force an immediate sync.

    This should initiate a sync of your cloud-saved files to your PC. If there are files saved in the cloud, they will be downloaded and synced with your game.

    When synced to PC it stops working on Xbox until it syncs back to Xbox.
