(PC) Xbox Live Multiplayer - "NAT Type: Teredo is unable to qualify" - Mobile Hotspot

Although I haven't been doing anything to my laptop, I have lost the ability to play mutiplayer games (i.e. Forza Horizon). I tried all the solutions involving CMD and DM but none of them work; solutions involving IP Helper do not work either. Also, since
I don't have Group Policy Editor, I can't utilise any solution involving it. I am using a mobile hotspot, not a router.

This is the state of my teredo on CMD:

    Type : enterpriseclient

    Server Name : win1901.ipv6.microsoft.com.

Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds

    Client Port : 60209

    State : qualified

    Client Type : teredo client

    Network : unmanaged

    NAT : symmetric (port)

NAT Special Behaviour : UPNP: No, PortPreserving: No

    Local Mapping : 192.168.43.232:60209

    External NAT Mapping : 180.217.160.233:4069

These are the results of all the solutions in
"NAT type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify":

Solution 1 - Internet Connection is "Connected"

Solution 2 - Pressed the Fix button in multiple occasions followed by restart; nothing changed

    Solution 3.1 - no "Type REG_DWORD 0x4" in CMD but "Type REG_DWORD 0x6"

    SP1Installed REG_DWORD 0x1

    RefreshInterval REG_DWORD 0x14

    ClientPort REG_DWORD 0xeb31

    Type REG_DWORD 0x6

    Solution 3.2 - no "DisabledComponents REG_DWORD 0x8e" in CMD but "DisabledComponents REG_DWORD 0x0"

    Dhcpv6DUID REG_BINARY 000100012141F9E74CCC6ADE2D1D

    DisabledComponents REG_DWORD 0x0

Solution 4 - IP Helper, Startup Type: Automatic

Solution 5.1 - no "failed to resolve server name"

    Solution 5.2 - no "win1901.ipv6.microsoft.com." in notepad

Solution 6 - no home router, only mobile hotspot (4G)

    Solution 7 - no TAP-Windows Adapter V9

Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) #3

Killer E2500 Gigabit Ethernet Controller #2

    Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1435 Wireless Network Adapter #2

    WAN Miniport (IKEv2)

    WAN Miniport (IP

    WAN Miniport (IPv6

    WAN Miniport (L2TP)

    WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)

    WAN Miniport (PPPOE)

    WAN Miniport (PPTP)

    WAN Miniport (SSTP)

    I've tried:

    using a VPN

    checking if I was banned

checking the state of my Windows Defender

    changing the port to 60209

changing the type to client & enterpriseclient

If it helps, I noticed that whenever I restart my PC my NAT type will initially go from "Strict" to "Teredo is unable to qualify". Also, whenever I use the command
"netsh interface Teredo set state type=default" it shows me this:

    Type : disabled

    Server Name : win1901.ipv6.microsoft.com.

Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds

    Client Port : 60209

    State : offline

    Error : none

    :)

Press the Start button , select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Hot spot in general are not recommended for gaming. There are some hotspots/companies that can work with that. You may need to contact their customer support as the protocol may not be supported by what you are using. Not sure if you have been to the
below site and stepped thru all the steps it has on this; based on what you have in your post you may have.

If you can’t join or host an Xbox Live multiplayer game, or you can’t connect to a party chat session, press the
    Start button , select
    Settings
    > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for
NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

    HiMecryes,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

From the Command prompt, it looks like your mobile hotspot is not properly communicating with the UPNP networking protocols that are important to establish NAT types and connect you securely with others connected to
Xbox Live. I would recommend following the troubleshooting guide for this type of problem which you can find here: NAT
type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify"

Please follow all of the steps in that article and let us know the results!
