PC Xbox Game Pass Error Code issues

So, I recently got the Xbox game pass for PC. I've had it before and decided to try it once again. Though this time I'm having an issue with downloading the games.The last time I got it which was like a month ago it worked fine. But now each time I
try to download a game I get an error code.

These are the two I'm getting most commonly each time I try to download any game.

0x80004005

0x80073cfe

And this seems to happen with every game. Some of them start for a downloading for a moment then give me the error while some flat out go to the error code. And I've had the gamepass before and had no issues so I'm not sure what's causing it now. Any
help is appreciated.

this error code when you do that? Are you getting this error code when you try to download the Xbox (beta) App? Does this error code appear when you try to install a game from the Xbox Game Pass for PC? The article we provided has some information about

I am trying to preinstall the game through my xbox pc game pass but keep getting the following error code (0x80070005).

Have the same error code when trying to update ANY XBOX game Pass PC games..(outer world, Gears 5, Age of empire 2...)

each time the only solution is to uninstall/reinstall!

This is not a solution!!!!

Please help us microsoft

btw i have no issue at all uptading other apps (only the xbox game pass games have this issue)

Hi,

Not a lot of people know this, but unlike other stand-alone game apps on PC, the Beta App is actually an extension of sorts of the built in Windows Store. You don't even need the App running to launch your games.

Because of the way the app works with the Windows Store, all error codes are actually Windows error codes, not PC Game Pass errors.

If you get an error it usually means there is an issue with your Windows installation.

Stable connectivity to Xbox Live or the Microsoft Store on Windows is very dependent on having the correct region, language, and time zone settings to be correct and match to where you reside. In order to connect you to the correct servers for your
region/time zone, Xbox Live uses your Windows regional system settings. Making sure your region, language, and time zone are all correct is the first thing you should check and if they are, then restart your PC and try to install games from the Xbox Game Pass
for PC. Try installing from the Xbox (Beta) app and directly from the Microsoft Store. Also try logging out from your account in the Microsoft Store app and then log in again. If that doesn't help, try re-installing the Xbox (Beta) app.
