PC Xbox Game Pass "Due to a suspension,..."

I have exactly the same situation:

So, there seems to be a "disconnect" between the XGP for PC and the Enforcement service.

Be that as it may, I wasn't really concerned about it, as I could download and play games.

...Until it turned out that actually it was only SOME of the games and I had actually gotten lucky when picking the games in that I didn't get any issues in the 1-2 first ones I tried out.

So:

Moonlighter works

Metro Exodus works

The Flame in the Flood and several other games give me this. I don't know if the issues are related, but it feels like they are:

I also have the same banner showing up. In addition, when starting Metro Exodus (after two system restarts) I get to random points in the into cinematic when the screen goes black and I get a pop-up saying that Xbox Live is unable to see me as logged in
or something (forgot the exact wording) and I spam the retry button, and used the "log in to a different account" button (I only have one account) and the whole time my email is listed in the top right corner of the initial pop-up.

I’m also having this issue my account is in perfect record yet I keep getting this message due to a suspension. Which I don’t own an Xbox console at all I been only a pc gamer and I installed the Xbox Beta app and been having this banner since I login with
my microsoft account.

Can you please fix this issue cause so far I have access to sea of thieves, zoo tycoon haven’t tested other games and I paid $1 for the month to try XGP on pc and so far I like it needs more games but that’ll come sooner or later but this message is worrying
me cause I haven’t done anything wrong.

I'm seeing this as well. I logged into https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US and it says "Congratulations! You have a perfect record" so it seems like it's a bug in the app. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I have had this problem since launch as well. Doesn't seem to do anything but scare me every time I open the app. It drove me nuts for a day or two trying to figure out what I did, so it's nice to see I'm not alone at least.
