PC Xbox App Trouble Signing In

Thank you so much for the update and I apologize for the trouble. Were you able to sign out both on Xbox App and PC then restart before signing back in?

Sorry to hear it. Please make sure there are no pending updates to the app or PC. Make sure that you have either the game pass or have purchased the game on your account. Then make sure your gamertag is signed in on the Xbox Companion App and Xbox Beta
App.

If you still have trouble then try installing the console from the Store App

Sorry to hear about the trouble here, however, you may want to try signing out and signing in again on the Xbox app. Also, ensure that you're signed in using the same Microsoft account on the Microsoft Store app.

Go to your PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates

If it has, check your Microsoft store app > Library > Get Updates and ensure that your apps are up to date.

If it still won't work, try to repair your Xbox app, Gaming Services app and Microsoft store app, by going to your PC settings > Apps > Installed apps > click the 3 dots > Advance options > Repair and do this to the other apps I've listed > Restart your PC.

Hello Julius, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your game.

I've checked the game support page https://support.seaofthieves.com/articles/11500... for the error and it could be either that the system is having a closed play session or there are too many gamertags signed into your system.

On the PC try logging out of all Xbox apps and the Store app then restart the PC. Make sure you sign into the PC and all apps with the same account that owns the game or game pass.
