PC Xbox app not launching some titles

Every time I install a game from the Microsoft store on my PC, the Xbox app completely breaks down. It will launch games that previously worked, but the new titles are out of the question. Since this happens so frequently, I've tried every single solution online. I've gotten most of my games to work but the one that persists is We Happy Few. No matter what I try, this game will never launch. At this point, my question is two-fold; Can I just get refunded for every game purchased on my account? That would be the best-case scenario as other launchers never have issues like this and I would prefer to never have to wander down this hole of troubleshooting again. I would then just migrate to the Steam platform which works so much better. This is definitely the preferred method. If this is not possible, how do I fix the Xbox app so it launches all of my games? And hopefully this will be in a manner where I won't have to fix it again every two weeks. The state of this product is actually laughable, but its at my expense since I'm the one using it.

About a refund on every game you have, i don't think that's possible, but if you please share some information about what happens when you try to launch the game, we could probably help you to solve the situation

Only play anywhere titles are cross compatible

Also pc gamepass games.aren't the same as xbox gamepass

And yes there are some pc.only titles

If you goto.the xbox gamepass app for.pc.you have 3 sections cloud. Xbox and pc

And not all titles are pc.anywhere isn't that an ea title?

Just to clarify, you now have the game installed on your PC, but is the title currently launching for you?

Are you launching the title via the App or launching it directly via the game title?

Would you please provide this info for us, just to confirm that there isn't any other troubleshooting steps we should be covering with you?

I did a clean install of Windows 11 and it all works now!

clean reinstall will result in having to download all the games again anyway, they are encrypted to that one install of windows so if you clean install, you would need to redownload the lot.
