    Hello,

    Recently ( past week ) both xbox apps have been broken.

    Xbox app sign in button does nothing, i am usually signed in but recently i havent been and cannot resign in.

    The Xbox console companion is also broken. It just shows the spinning loading circle for about 10-20 minutes then after shows a sign in button what opens a grey window and thats it.

    I use them both regularly and its annoying not being able to join Xbox party's on my computer.

    Anyone got the same issue or know a fix?

    Factory Reset without a Monitor/tv

    The best way to be to use your Xbox Companion app on your PC to stream your screen so you can see what you're doing. Using the stream option it'll act as your monitor/TV and you can factory reset your Xbox. just plug both PC and Xbox into a wired connection
    on your network. and connect Via the Xbox Companion App on PC.

    Install the Xbox and Xbox companion app on your PC, log in with your account in both apps, restart your PC and try playing again, please.

    I did check them both. Nothing is wrong with either of the accounts, I can sign in fine in all other microsoft services, even into xboxlive.com, but just not on my xbox or xbox companion app on PC
