PC Xbox accessories app

I keep having an issue with the PC version of the xbox accessories app. Whenever I try to remap the paddles for my elite controller, it won't show them. I can't scroll down to show them, I can't use the controller to move to the paddle options,I tried
restarting my pc and un/reinstalling the app, and I even tried resetting the app. It's as if the bottom 5% of the app's window just doesn't exist for me. It just cuts off after the d-pad right option for the picture when I'm trying to remap buttons. Any solutions,
or am I stuck with going to my xbox every time I want to make a new profile?

Its in the accessory app on Xbox. You can adjust settings there. If on a PC you need to install the Xbox accessories app in Windows 10. Good luck!

Just for clarification when you are trying to use the app are you connecting the controller to the PC using Bluetooth or using a USB cable, try with the USB cable. And also go into the control panel and see if the controller is showing up. Make sure
the PC is totally up to date.

have you tried to change it on the xbox itself? i havent had an issue using mine on my pc but i havent fully tried to remapping.
