    Ok i just recently got the PC Wireless Gaming Receiver. and when i plugged it in and tried to install the driver. on WIndows 8.1. when i was finishing the installation. it popped up saying this: http://prntscr.com/38ult2

    S    o i just clicked cancel. and when i went to the devices, it refreshed and it showed this: http://prntscr.com/38uyax

    I     right clicked it and went to propertys and says this: http://prntscr.com/38uyem

    A    ny help?

    THIS IS MY 2ND TIME POSTING THIS AFTER A WEEK BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION AND MICROSOFT DOESNT CARE AND I NEED THIS SITUATION FIXED!

    Have you tried re-installing the driver? I use Windows 8.1 as well and have no issues.

    Have you tried re-installing the driver? I use Windows 8.1 as well and have no issues.

    Xbox 360 controller for Windows 8.1

    The Play and Charge kit doesn't allow a wireless controller to connect to a PC as a game pad. You'll need the wireless gaming receiver for a wireless controller to connect.
