Pc to xbox one chat. they all can hear me but i cant hear them

all settings seem ok, NAT is open, and i can join chat just fine. but no matter what in chat they can hear me but i cant hear them, their icons light up and when they talk, just no audio

i have tried all 3 xbox apps with no luck

any ideas?

yep. setting my gameing headset as the default device fixed it.. for all my googleing i couldnt find that reddit post

i have the Logitech G533 wireless gaming headset, i will attempt these fixes and get back to you. i use discord and in game chat in many mmo's without issue. its only xbox i have problems

Hi There,

What microphone/headset are you using? and if you can get into your audio settings see if there is something there that you either toggle on or not. I can link you to some troubleshooting material but I would check your headset/microphone first just in case
the troubleshooter doesn't work.
