[PC] Teredo is unable to qualify message on the Xbox settings tab

I am having an issue where I cannot play games like Psychonauts 2 and Burnout Paradise on my Xbox game pass PC app because when I try to launch the games, it gives me an error message saying I couldn't sign in and kicks me out. I checked in Settings tab and saw this on the Xbox section which I assume prevents me from signing in once I attempt to play a game.

I have tried a few troubleshooting methods from the one on the xbox support tab, from reddit, I tried making sure all my network drivers are updated and even tried resetting all my network settings completely but none have worked for me yet. Im not sure what else could possibly block it because I have set up my Firewall Inbound and outbound, Norton's firewall and my router settings to port forward to the Xbox live PC servers but it refuses to connect properly as well.

Didn't seem to work. Also I noticed that my IPv6 settings seem to say No internet Access which I assume heavily messes with the ability to connect to Terudo. I know I toggled it on in the internet settings and on the router and I don't know why it still says IPv6 has no internet access.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I have done some research on the Windows 10 Teredo error and have found that most people have been able to resolve it by creating a .batch file to fix it. Once you have read the guide there not enter the info that you see in that link. Instead, type in the info as you see below.

Press the Start button , select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Sure, then go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. If you’re having a similar problem on Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app, select Settings, and then select the Network tab.

Look for NAT Type. If the status says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Hi Vladimir,

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If you're unable to connect to the Xbox server as a result of the Teredo not being able to qualify and you've previously attempted
all of the solutions that were provided by XBF George via the links he gave you, then you may wish to take a look at the earlier posts that I researched and found from our Windows 10 forums as it may be helpful (I'm placing the link below.).
