Pc stuck in reboot cycle

My pc recently for unknown reason became very slow, so i restarted it, but after i restarted my pc it took me like half an hour just to reach the login screen thats if i do, when i reach it the logging in takes forever but when im logged in the mouse curser on screen would move stuttery or "slow motioned"

I restarted my pc after that again but now i cant even get to my login screen..

Now when i restart my pc it shows me, as normal, the Asus logo, but then i get n black screen for like 2min, then the pc restarts itself (showing asus logo same as before) and i get black screen again..then it restarts again and the black screen is back..on the 3rd restart it shows preparing automatic restart (normaly when you restart a pc 3 tims then it also shows "preparing auto repair")

Then it boots me into advanced systen settings..it does the same thing over and over i tried restarting, opening and cleaning the entire pc, i tried via advanced options to do a systen restore but it shows no restore points, i tried doing a reset, i tried via cmd to do that Dism /online /... But that doesnt work gives me an error..booting i to safe mode wont work it just ends up back at advanced systen settings

Hello Gh0sT_Z4, by its description it is difficult to know if it is a matter of the operating system or something in the hardware of your PC.

One procedure you can try is to use a thumb drive to create a boot device to reinstall the system, but in your case you will need another PC to be able to create the files on the Pen Drive.

Sorry, issue resloved by the time i had got back from work. But its started back up again. done some further tests with the hard drive removed and using my usb stick to download games. Any idea if there is a way to fix my hard drive because i don't mind
buying a new one but i don't really want to start again on every game i have.

It could be an issue with the Hard Drive. Can you please try removing it and then start the console to see if it will load up?

1- Power cycle your console.

2- Reboot your modem/router.

having the same issue, preview program update froze, when i rebooted, now i'm stuck at the endlessly cycling dots green screen.
