PC still resetting?

I'm so sorry, my memory is so bad. I'm pretty sure it's resetting the whole thing?

Currently the screen is telling me it's installing, it's saying at the bottom of the screen that my computer might restart a few times,

And it's been on doing this all night,

It's like stuck at 79% and when it jumps to 89% my computer restarts,

It goes back down to 68% then starts the process over again,

I'm pretty sure I clicked to just reset the whole thing though

Hello again, at this point and better let it complete the process for you to see what kind of reset you actually did on PC, if it's Win 10 I find it a little strange it's taking this long that you mentioned.

Hello Jakayla, there are different reset types on the PC, one that leaves your files on the PC from a folder, just a system restore, or even the one that actually erases everything from the HD and you would have to reinstall the whole system and also your games and Apps.

Would you know which one she executed and what stage she's in?

still doesnt work, i downloaded the media creation tool clicked on i want to update this pc and everything went on and still doesnt work

Edit: if i just reset the pc to factory will it have the windows still?

I just reset my PC and the issue is still present, which is unfortunate but expected....
