    I am trying to download a game. I have two devices to manage that are showing up under manage devices. My xbox and pc. When I click install only the xbox is showing up in the menu, when I need the pc. Any suggestions?

    The link below has the instructions for setting up and the conditions required to do remote installs onboth PC and Xbox. Would be worth checking you have it all set up correctly.

    They're not trying to install on an Xbox One, they are trying to install on a PC, not via a PC. Which is the reason why I asked what game it was.

    Why do so many people on these forums not realise that 'Xbox' is not all about just the console anymore?

    Hi dojo969. If it's not an Xbox Play Anywhere title you can't install it twice between console and PC. It's a different game. Sorry.

    Hi,

    GTA V on PC is a separate game purchase. It also uses a different online service. If you want the PC version you'll need to buy the download version from either Rockstar's own online store or Steam.
