PC Microsoft Store - No devices

Hi,

I've recently bought DLC for State of Decay 2 on the Microsoft store, however, it says I have no applicable devices to install it to. Which is funny considering I'm trying to install to the same PC the main game is installed on.

I've tried reinstalling the main game, checked the store to make sure the purchase went through correctly, and then ran the WSReset.exe to reset the store, but still no luck. Now I'm stumped.

Any help would be great.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Windows 10 Store. The first thing to check is to make sure that you are signed into the same Microsoft account in the store that you use on the PC. If you are signed into the proper account then try the
following:

Try logging into https://account.microsoft.com/devices

If you do not see your PC listed, then click the "Don't See Your Device" button to add the PC to your account.

After that, everything should work all normally.

Have you tried a push install from the Microsoft store page for the game, or using Microsoft Store on a PC and select install to device?

Sign in to the Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.

- Go to account.microsoft.com/devices, select Don't see your device?, then follow the instructions to add your new laptop to your devices. Restart the PC and try to access Minecraft from the store again

try to go to the Microsoft Store on PC or mobile device, see if you search there, see if price is different, also check console store and see there again

The device may not be showing on the app due to it not being listed on your Microsoft Account

You need to add a device to your Microsoft account before it's listed in your devices. Here's how you can add a device:

Sign in to your Microsoft account on an Xbox or PC.
Download an app or game from the Microsoft Store .
Go to account.microsoft.com/devices, select Don't see your device?, then follow the instructions.
On an iOS device: Download Microsoft Edge from the Apple App Store and sign in with your Microsoft account.
On an Android device: Download Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Launcher, or Your Phone Companion from the Google Play Store and sign in with your Microsoft account.
MacOS devices can't be added at this time.
