    my pc keeps freezes but my cursor and sound still working , it happens when im playing valorant and i open discord then it freezes.My laptop is asus tuf f15 fx506lh windows 11 16gb ram

    Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

    The information you have provided looks like Explorer has crashed, and in this case it does appear that the system is freezing.

    Based on the reported error I can give you some options to try.

    1, try "Win + R" > type "Control.exe"

    2, top right corner click on view "large icon" > click on "Indexing Options" (Indexing Options)

    3, click on "Indexing Options" > click on "Advanced"

    4. Click on "Rebuild" > After rebuilding, restart your computer.

    If the above does not work, try right-clicking the Start button > select "Windows PowerShell (Admin)" (PowerShell administrator mode) > paste and run the following command

    Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Syncing issues with Starfield when playing via Cloud

    Almost same issue here. Play only on PC with Game Pass, don't have Xbox. It keeps freezing on "Syncing data" screen when I start the game.

    Minecraft on xbox one freezing during gameplay.

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.

    Sorry to hear you're having problems with your 360. Which kind of 360 do you have, and when is it freezing? Are you trying to play a game, or is it locking up on the dashboard? You may want to have a look at the troubleshooting tips here:

    yes, everything is updated im sure of it.

    the only time anything ever freezes on my pc is when flight simulator freezes in which it freezes steam, task manager and discord.
