PC Installation Error

    We appreciate your coming to the Xbox community, and we're sorry you're having this issue. According to what you reported to us, I recommend that you try the solution below, please.

    Go to This PC, enter the disc where you want to install the games.

    Rename the "WindowsApps" folder in "WindowsApps.old" then restart the pc.

    If the error occurs again then rename the "WpSystem" folder in "WpSystem.old" and restart again.

    I did not find my error code there (not even using the search function) my error code is 0x0000001
    And I haven't found any other solution either

    The error does not refer to the fact that you already have it installed on another PC but that there is already an installed version on this PC, try first to install from the Microsoft store on the C drive please
