PC HORIZON 4 CAN'T START

Discus and support PC HORIZON 4 CAN'T START in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have reinstalled my game once and it was working fine for like 1 hour, and it starts crashing again.     PC HORIZON 4 CAN'T START


    I have reinstalled my game once and it was working fine for like 1 hour, and it starts crashing again. Now i can't even get in the game. I can log in to xbox app on my pc but the game won't. (The screenshot said I can't log in to xbox live try again later
    bla bla bla) No matter how long i waited still the same alert. Restarted the pc, didn't work. everything are connected to internet, everything are working. Still can't start the game... Please help me... I really want to play this game and the pass 3 days
    i can't even enjoy the game for more than 1 hour... Whats wrong with my xbox live...
