PC HDMI Passthrough Video Lag

Mine has a small delay, horrible for playing games of any sort, but I've owned a few TVs with the same amount of delay when using an HDMI PC. For watching videos from my computer it's completely fine, the delay is still there, it just doesn't change the
watching experience. (keep in mind I'm watching english dubbed anime)

PC HDMI Passthrough Video Lag

Hey guys,

Is anyone else doing this? I'm currently getting a video lag when using my PC through the HDMI passthrough. I corrected the Audio lag through the sound settings by selecting HDMI audio instead of Speaker audio.

Does anyone else have mouse/video lag?

SOLLEKS, what type of receiver are you using? I am on Pioneer VSX 1022k and it looks like the pioneer line has issues at this time. I am using intel 2500 hd on my pc with win 8.1

same issue with the tv set box of my internet provider, there is a lag like every 10 sec for 3-4 sec

The HDMI input is not a real-time pass-thru. It's main purpose is for cable boxes, not PCs or other consoles.

+1 here im using my surround sound receiver which has built in hdmi switch its going to my xbox one and my cable pvr and pc are connected to the receiver so that i can switch from tv to pc all on my xbox one. when on the pvr watching tv no legging once i
switch to my pc it freezes for a bit then starts working but randomly freezes here and there. my video card is a nvidia geforce gtx 650 running win 8.1 for os and a intel i2600k cpu with 12 gb ram dont know if all that matters but thought id put it up for

+1 - Running Win 8.1 and there's terrible lag and poorer video quality in the HDMI passthrough. I liked having the Xbox One "skin" though. I hope they fix this in the next update.
