    I have recently installed additional ram however in the process fried my old ram which resulted in multiple BSOD due to the faulty ram. I replaced my old ram with the new ram I purchased along with the addition of multiple new fans and a new power supply as I was in the process of upgrading my pc. When all of these changes had been completed my windows had a error resulting in me never being able to go on the internet and going on the start menu. After multiple tries to fix these issues, went to recovery and reset pc from local, to which certain things had been removed however for the most part everything was still there. I had to reinstall some drivers to use my GOXLR again however that has been about it. I am unable to go onto the network and internet settings on the status page as it instantly crashes, which is think is the cause of a lot of my problems. I then cannot install anything from the Microsoft store as every time I try to it produces the error: The network is not present or not started. (Exception from HRRESULT: 0x800704C6. However I am connected to the network as I can install games via steam and I can join discord and play multiplayer games online. I am both connected to an ethernet cable and wireless if this is of any help. I am driving myself mad trying to fix this issue and any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Windows Store - Cant download more than 404mb of State Of Decay 2 on PC.

    Whenever I try to download state of decay 2 it gets to 404mb then stops giving me an error "We couldn't connect you to the service"

    I can download other games fine. I just installed Gears Tactics and Forza Horizon 4 fine.

    Iv tried wsreset.exe and resetting microsoft store.

    Can anyone help? I'm in Australia.

    This problem still persists. I get huge fluctuations when downloading and I have a 200Mbps fiber line. It stops to download every 5min or so with error: We couldn't connect you to the service, error
    0x800704c6.

    How can this still not be fixed! I don't have these issues on Steam or any other Gaming platform.

    Hello,

    Getting 'We couldn't connect you to the service.' error with code: 0x800704C6.

    This happens when downloading games from Microsoft Store app or within the Xbox (Beta) app.

    I've tried to do troubleshooting steps of: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10

    But no changes.

    Someone posted this already (Link) and they fixed with upgrade of Router Firmware, but mine is already
    up to date (for reference Asus RT-AC87U).

    Check to see if the internet is running good in the test internet connection. Also see if the xbox servers are down at xbox support.
