    PC Gamepass issue


    I have my subscription to pc gamepass active, however the xbox store on pc does not let me access my content, under my profile picture it is empty and the correct thing is that it shows PC gamepass, I already tried with the suggested means, update Windows , reinstall the xbox app, delete cookies and the problem still persists.

    If I'm honest, the first time I heard about this problem, I did thousands of searches with the intention of getting an answer and thus being able to help you, but nothing appears to me regarding the problem you are presenting.
