    PC Gamepass games not working


    The PC Gamepass recently became available in my country so I bought it. I installed Microsoft Flight Simulator and when I press play I get this message:

    Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001.

    I am signed into the store with the same account I purchased the gamepass with.

    Ultimate also works on pc

    You just get the pc libraries and the cloud play

    Gamepass for console.has xbox games

    Gamepass for.pc.has pc.only games

    Gamepass ultimate has.both and cloud play

    You can't access console.games on pc unless cloud

    Same.with console.can't access pc games part of ultimate

    Some of the games on PC are availble on gamepass on Xbox however not all of them such as Age of empires as it requires a mouse and keyboard. Also gamepass for PC is a separate subscription to Gampeass, you would either have to buy another gamepass subscription
    or get Gamepass Ultimate which works both on PC and Xbox

    Hello there!

    It depends on which game pass you have on your account, is it the game pass ultimate, game pass for console, or the game pass for PC?

    If you have the gamepass ultimate, then you do not need to buy anything, you can just sign in with your account and everything will work fine; since the GPU includes Xbox live gold, gamepass for PC, and gamepass for console.

    If you have Gamepass for console, then you will need gamepass for PC so that you can install PC games for free.

    gamesharing gamepass games on pc is a nightmare, it sometimes works or sometimes does not, it will work perfect for the account holder but not other accounts on pc, i have got it to work sometimes then others the licence just does not validate and the game
    shuts off.

    i just bought gamepass for pc for my son at 3.99 per month and all works fine.
